An eight-day-long winter session of Himachal Pradesh assembly will commence at Dharamsala tomorrow.
The session would have seven sittings, including a private member's day and would also meet on Saturday.
The government has decided to bring fresh Lokayukta Bill and Town and country Planning (Amendment) Bill, which could not be passed during the monsoon session as the assembly was prematurely adjourned sine die due to continuous disruption by opposition BJP.
The assembly secretariat has already received 377 starred and 100 unstarred questions and issues of illicit felling like trees; illegal mining, corruption and increase in VAT on diesel are likely to be raised by BJP.
