Delhiites woke up to a foggy morning while minimum temperature settled at 10.5 degrees Celsius, three notches above normal for this time of the season.
54 trains were running late and 12 were rescheduled as fog had affected visibility in northern states although flight operations were normal, officials said.
Humidity was recorded at 97 per cent in the morning, said a MeT official.

Weatherman has forecast a partly cloudy day with moderate to shallow fog appearing tomorrow morning.
The minimum temperature yesterday settled at 7.8 degrees Celsius while maximum was recorded at 21.6 degrees Celsius.
