Angry with a shopkeeper for demanding payment of pending dues, a customer attacked him with acid, injuring him and two of his family members in Bahdarpur village here, police said.
The customer, along with three others, barged into the house of grocery shop owner Vipin Das and threw acid, injuring Das, his wife, and sister-in-law.
The attack came after Das demanded payment of dues pending with the customer for purchase of goods from his shop, police said.
The three injured were taken to a hospital, police said, adding, three persons were arrested in this connection.
