Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd (APSEZL) today announced incorporation of a wholly- owned subsidiary named 'Mundra International Gateway Terminal Pvt Ltd (MIGTPL)'.
APSEZL has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary company on...May 17," the company informed the bourses.
MIGTPL belongs to port sector and is yet to commence its business operations, it said.

J Thulasidharan new chairman of CITI
