Advocates appear before Sagayam commissission

Advocates various granite firms, who were allegedly involved in illegal granite quarrying scam, today met the U Sagayam, appointed by Madras High Court to probe the scam in the district, and submitted their versions.

The advocates appeared before Sagayam as per instruction, official sourcess said.

However, advocates for one company did not appear before him saying that the case was pending in the court and they could not appear and they shoud be exempted from appearence.
