Ashley Tisdale marries Christopher French

'High School Musical' star Ashley Tisdale has got married to Christopher French.

The 29-year-old actress, who got engaged to the rocker in August last year when he proposed on the 103rd floor of the Empire State Building in New York City after just eight months of dating, tied the knot in a low-key ceremony.

Tisdale announced the news on her Instagram profile, sharing an image of herself and Christopher on their special day, with the caption: "Best day of my life! Introducing Mr and Mrs French Sept 8, 2014."

The bohemian-chic beauty wore a traditional white dress with capped sleeves and a crown of flowers on top of her head.
