Balloon found near thermal plant
A balloon was today found in the premises of a thermal power plant in the district triggering a scare.
The balloon was found in the thermal plant in Barsingsar and prima facie, it appears to be a weather balloon used by the meteorology department, said Amandeep Singh Kapoor, SP (Bikaner).
Local police and intelligence agencies are probing the matter, he said.
