Beki river flowing above danger mark in Assam

Government today said that the Beki river in Barpeta district of Assam is flowing in "high flood situation" that could pose a threat.
"At 1800 hrs today, it was flowing at a level of 45.71 metres with a rising trend. This is above its danger level," a Water Resources ministry statement said.
