Bihar's former finance minister Tekriwal passes away

He was 88.

Tekriwal, who served as the finance minister during the RJD rule in Bihar during the 1990s, is survived by his wife, three sons and a daughter.

Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav and leaders of various other political parties offered their condolences on his demise.
