Bob Dylan's 71st birthday to be celebrated

"Knocked Out & Loaded", the musical and art festival so named, will feature Whirling Kalapas, led by Uday Benegal of Indus Creed, Ace Of Spades and the American duo - Parker Ainsworth & Jeff Harding and Skye.

Shillong's own "Bob Dylan" Lou Majaw will also be there singing his favourite songs. An acoustic music and poetry reading will follow.
