Body of pregnant woman found in Meerut

Body of a 32-year-old pregnant woman has been found near Pali village of the district, police said today.

A body of a woman was found in Sardhana police station area yesterday. A cloth sheet was also found tied on her neck, indicating that she was strangulated, a police spokesperson said.

A case has been registered and a search was on in nearby villages to identify the woman.
