The body of 50-year-old man was recovered from a canal on the outskirts of Jammu city today.
We have recovered the body of one Mohinder Pal, resident of Muzaffar Nagar in Meerut, from a canal at Digiana Camp in Gangyal area of the city today, police said.
The body has been shifted to Government Medical College Hospital mortuary and family members have been informed, they said, adding postmortem would be conducted after relatives of the deceased reach here from Meerut.
A case has been registered and investigation has started into it, they added.
