Britney announces her 'single for a year' status in LA gig

Britney Spears has moved on over her ex-boyfriend Charlie Ebersol and said she has "single for a year."

The 33-year-old star made a public declaration about her dating history at her Las Vegas show after performing "I'm a Slave 4 U,", reported E! online.

"Being single for a year has been very, very, very profound and I feel like all men should suck my toe!" Britney said.

Britney and Charlie broke up back in June after eights months of dating.

"That's why I think we should get a girl up here right? I think so too! I love girls, right? They're so beautiful. Oh my god, they're so pretty," she said while looking for a female audience member to bring up on stage.
