BSF band to perform in Delhi tomorrow

Delhiites can savour a treat of melodious band tunes as the Border Security Force (BSF) will play a rendition here tomorrow on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti.

The BSF band, armed with drums, trumpets and bagpipes, will play a symphony of martial music at the 'Central Park' in Connaught Place from 6 pm to 8 pm, a senior official said.

"The music will give an opportunity to civilians and tourists to witness and experience the rich music, steeped in tradition and history of the armed forces," the official said.
