BSP MLA's judicial custody extended

A court here today extended the judicial custody of Bahujan Samaj Party MLA B L Kushwaha, who is facing murder charges.

The MLA was produced before the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Satish Chand who extended his judicial custody till May 31, prosecution lawyer said.

Kushwaha, who surrendered before CID-CB before arrest in October last year, is an accused in a murder case.

The murder took place in December 2012 in Dholpur and Kushwaha is one of the accused.
