CBRE appoints Daniel Queenan as CEO Asia Pacific

Property consultant CBRE today said it has promoted Daniel Queenan to Chief Executive Officer, Asia Pacific region.

Queenan, who earlier served as Chief Operating Officer of the Asia Pacific region, will now assume the responsibility for operational management in this area in the new role, a company release said.

A 20-year veteran of the realty industry, Queenan also serves as Chief Executive of Trammell Crow Company, CBRE's real estate development subsidiary, a position he has held since 2011, it said.

Prior to joining Trammell, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Opus North Corporation, a large US real estate development company.
