Twelve children and 10 women have been killed by strikes in northern Yemen in the past 48 hours, the United Nations said on Monday.
The UN statement did not say who was responsible, but Huthi rebel media outlets accused the Saudi-led coalition that is fighting on the side of the Yemeni government of being behind the bombardment.
