Punjab BJP chief Vijay Sampla today described the Congress manifesto for the upcoming assembly elections in the state as a "bundle of lies".
Union Minister Sampla said, "Congress is merely trying to build castles in the air. The Akali-BJP coalition government in the state is already running scores of welfare schemes and Punjab today has transformed into an ideal state."
Congress is in the habit of making tall promises but forgets the same when elections are over, he said.
