CRPF DG briefs J-K Guv about internal security

CRPF DG Rajiv Rai Bhatnagar Wednesday called on Jammu and Kashmir Governor Satya Pal Malik and briefed him about the management of internal security issues in the state.

The governor lauded the important role being played by the CRPF in maintaining security in the state and emphasised on heightened surveillance on all fronts, an official spokesman said.

"The CRPF DG met Governor Satya Pal Malik at the Raj Bhavan here today and briefed him about various issues relating to internal security management in the state," he said.
