Dr V Ramgopal Rao to be new IIT Delhi Director

Dr V Ramgopal Rao will be the new Director of IIT Delhi, sources said.

Rao's name had been sent by HRD Ministry to President Pranab Mukherjee for approval, they said.

It is learnt that President has given his nod.

Rao is presently teaching at IIT Mumbai.
