Earthquake of moderate intensity recorded in Arunachal Pradesh

An earthquake of moderate intensity jolted today Dibang Valley of Arunachal Pradesh, according to a Meteorological Office report here.

The quake of 5.0 magnitude was recorded on the Richter scale today at 7.25 am by the meteorological office seismographs, the report said.

The epicentre of the quake was between latitude 29 degree North and longitude 95.9 degree East in Arunachal Pradesh, the report added.
