Groundnut oil declined further in an otherwise listless Vashi oils and oilseeds wholesale market here today on sluggish demand from stockists and retailers amid good supply.
Refined palmolein also eased owing to poor retail buying support.
In the non-edible section, castoroil commercial moved down due to lower offtake from shippers and soap industries.
Meanwhile, castorseeds bold and linseedoil witnessed no trading.
In the edible section, groundnut oil slipped by Rs 5 per 10 kg to Rs 850 from Wednesday's closing of Rs 855. Refined palmolein edged down by Rs 3 per 10 kg to Rs 468 from Rs 471.
Moving to non-edible segment, castorseeds commercial went down by Rs 860 per 10 kg from its previous level of Rs 868.
