Elderly woman bludgeoned to death in her house in Delhi

The body of a 67-year-old woman, bearing head injuries, was found at her residence in Hauz Khas today, the police said.

The deceased, identified as Usha, was bludgeoned to death, they said, adding that it is yet to be ascertained what weapon was used in the crime.

The entry to the house, which was found ransacked, seemed friendly, the police said, adding the woman's husband was being questioned whether any valuables are missing.
