Ex-constable convicted for forging education document

A former police constable has been sentenced to rigorous imprisonment for two years by a local court for forging educational certificate to get job.
Judicial Magistrate Manas Kumar Panda found the accused Rajat Kumar Parida guilty of commission of offence and pronounced the jail term yesterday.
According to prosecution counsel Saroj Jena, Parida was earlier dismissed as constable after he was found to have submitted forged high school certificate to get the job.
