Fake currency seized from Malda
Police today seized fake currency with a face value of Rs 6 lakh from an SUV in Ratua area of Malda district.
They said the counterfeit cash, in the denomination of Rs 1000, was seized from the SUV near Nurpur barrage.
Six persons were arrested in this connection. Three of them are from Jharkhand and the others belonged to Ratua.
