Father-son duo murdered in Firozabad

A father-son duo was today crushed to death under a vehicle in Jasrana area of Firozabad district, a police spokesman said here.

The victims identified as Ram Gopal (70) and his son Ram Dulare (42) were crushed under a jeep in Padan locality this morning, he said.

The family members of the victims in their complaint to the police have accused one Pushpendra Singh and four others for murdering the duo, he said.

The spokesman said agitated residents later blocked a road in Jasrana town, which was later cleared after an assurance to them from officials.

He said a murder case has been lodged against Pushpendra and others in this connection by the family members of the victims.
