Indian Super League franchise FC Goa Tuesday completed the signing of Seiminlen Doungel on a free transfer from Kerala Blasters.
The forward, who had two years left on his contract at his previous club was released and will now turn out for the Goa team till the summer of 2021, a media release said.
He has earlier represented North East United, Delhi Dynamos and Kerala Blasters in the ISL.
"Goa as a team has been consistently improving every season and playing a very good brand of football. I wish to win the Indian Super League with the Gaurs," Doungel was quoted as saying in a release.
