Five quintal ganja seized, four persons arrested

The police today seized five quintal of ganja, worth around Rs 20 lakh in the domestic market and arrested four persons in this connection in West Singhbhum district.

On a tip-off police raided a village and seized five quintal of ganja, said Superintendent of Police, Anish Gupta.

The ganja were concealed in a nearby jungle of the village, he said adding that the value of the seized ganja was estimated to be over Rs 20 lakh in the domestic market.
