Flight makes unscheduled landing after technical snag

A Tiruchirappally-bound private airline from Singapore made an unscheduled landing here following a technical snag.

Airport officials said Tiger Airlines flight TR 2664 made the landing late last night.

All 170 passengers in the flight were later offloaded and sent to Tiruchirappally by road, they said, adding, engineers were engaged in rectifying the snag.
