Fog continued to disrupt train services in Rajasthan while Sikar was the coldest place in the state today recording a minimum of 5.8 degrees Celsius.
Ten trains were running late up to seven hours due to fog in the region, a spokesperson of the North Western Railway said.
While Sriganganagar recorded a low of 6.4 degrees Celsius, minimum temperature in Churu was 8.1 degrees Celsius, an MeT department report said.
The minimum temperature in Pilani, Jaipur, Chittorgarh and Jaisalmer was recorded at 9.1 degrees Celsius, 10 degrees Celsius, 10.7 degrees Celsius and 11.2 degrees Celsius respectively.
Night temperature in other areas was above 12 degrees Celsius, the report stated.
