Former MP robbed of gold chain at railway station

Aliya Zubari was relieved of her gold chain while boarding the Lucknow Mail on Monday night, they said.

The former Rajya Sabha MP later lodged a complaint in Moradabad and the case was transferred to Ghaziabad today, Pankaj Lavania, the in-charge of Ghaziabad GRP station, said.

Three more incidents of chain snatching have been reported from Muradnagar and Loni areas of the district since last evening, police said. PTI CORR EKA EKA
