Four new patients of pesticide poisoning admitted to GMC

Four new patients of pesticide poisoning were admitted to the GMC hospital in Yavatmal today, said district officials.

Currently, there are 24 patients in the GMC of whom 6 are in the ICU, they said.

"Of the 6 in ICU, three are on ventilator. Though their condition is critical, they are stable," said the head of medicines department Baba Elke.

He further said that three patients have been discharged today.
