Four persons, arrested for robbery, escaped from a court complex at Sangareddy in Medak district of Telangana today.
Police succeeded in recapturing one of them, said deputy superintendent of police M Tirupatanna.
The accused were brought for a court appearance here from Kandi sub-jail in the morning, but the judge asked the police to produce them in the afternoon.

While leaving the courtroom, two of them shoved aside the escort policemen and ran away; while the policemen ran after them, the remaining two also escaped.
The escapees were identified as Tarun Bhosle, Lakshman Bhosle, Parameswar and Kailash. They belonged to a Pardhi gang from neighbouring Maharashtra, the DSP said, and were wanted in several cases of robbery.
Police managed to track down Parameswar near Sangareddy town later, while the search was on for others. Superintendent of Police B Sumathi was overseeing the probe.
