Ninety eight kg of ganja was recovered from a house at Chandwa in Latehar district, the police said.
The contraband was recovered by a special team in a raid and four persons were arrested in this connection on Sunday.
The seized ganja was valued at about Rs five lakh, the police said.
The team also conducted raids in various illegal liquor outlets and arrested three persons.
