A man who was allegedly trying to smuggle gold biscuits from Dubai was arrested today from the Kolkata airport, officials said.
Md Riaz, 30, was caught with 15 gold biscuits estimated to be worth Rs 45 lakh hidden under his clothes during customs checking at the international airport here after he landed from a Dubai flight, sources said.
Police said his identity is being verified.
