Departing from earlier precedents of formally announcing the launch of 'Bharat Nirman' multimedia campaign, the Information and Broadcasting Ministry has quietly began the last round of the publicity drive.
The latest phase of the campaign is important, as it would be the last time that government would comprehensively highlight its work, policies and programmes to the people ahead of the 2014 General elections.
Three different audio visual creative have been prepared for this round of the campaign, sources told PTI.
