High-level N Korean delegates arrive in the South: Seoul

A high-level North Korean delegation led by a hawkish military general has arrived in the South to attend the closing ceremony of the Winter Olympics, Seoul said today.

The eight-member delegation led by Kim Yong Chol crossed the heavily-fortified border into the South, a spokesman for Seoul's unification ministry said.
