Two-wheeler manufacturer Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) today reported a marginal growth in total sales for October at 3,77,112 units.
The company's total sales stood at 3,75,793 units in the same month last year.
Motorcycle sales declined by 5.69 per cent to 1,62,270 units last month, as against 1,72,075 units in October 2013, HMSI said in a statement.
The company's scooter sales jumped by 6.07 per cent to 1,99,495 units from 1,88,069 units in October 2013, it added.
HMSI's exports declined marginally to 15,347 units in October as against 15,649 units in the same month a year ago.
