Delhiites reeled under sultry conditions fed by rains that lashed the city this afternoon.
Heavy showers led to a drop in the maximum temperature, recorded at 35 degrees Celsius, but aggravated humidity levels, which were recorded between 63 and 92 per cent.
The minimum in the city settled at 28.8 degrees Celsius.

The weatherman has predicted overcast conditions, and light rains and thundershowers tomorrow.
The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to hover around 35 and 29 degrees, respectively.
