I've gotten to a point where I like myself: Gwyneth Paltrow

Actress Gwyneth Paltrow says she has made peace with herself and has started liking herself as an individual.

The 44-year-old actress says judgement of others only affects when people are critical about their own selves, reported Women's Health Australia.

"If someone's like, 'You have red hair!' and you've got brown hair, it doesn't bother you. It's a blessing to be liberated from the chains of other people's perceptions of you.

"It's part of wellness, working at that. I've gotten to a point where I like myself. I do my best as a person. I also have nothing to hide," says Paltrow.
 

The actress will be on the July 2017 cover of the magazine.
