Inculcate sense of values among students: WB minister

"Ragging is a social malady and it destroys precious lives. What is required is inculcating a sense of social values among students who should be prepared to give something to society as responsible citizens," the minister said after launching an 'Anti-Ragging book' here.
Condemning ragging, Chattopadhyay said "I would like to ask raggers what is the fun in destroying the life and academic acareer of your fellows? Ragging misleads and as a result values are lost."
