Meanwhile, groundnut oil and linseed oil held steady in the absence of any major buying activity.
In the non-edible section, castorseeds bold went-up by Rs 15 per 100kg to Rs 4,015 from Friday's closing level of Rs 4,000 and castoroil commercial added by Rs 3 per 10 kg to Rs 833 from Rs 830. Linseedoil closed unchanged at Rs 850 per 10kg.
Moving to edible segment, refined palmolein edged down by Rs 3 per 10 kg to Rs 632 from overnight close of Rs 635. Groundnut oil were unaltered at Rs 770 per 10 kg.
