'iZombie' renewed for second season

Zombie drama "iZombie" will return on CW network for a second season.

The news come on the heels of The CW's sister-network CBS greenlighting "Supergirl" for its first season, reported Entertainment Weekly.

"iZombie", developed by Rob Thomas and Diane Ruggiero-Wright, is a loose adaptation of the comic book series of the same name created by Chris Roberson and Michael Allred, and published by DC Comics.

"iZombie" stars Rahul Kohli, British actor of Indian origin, Rose McIver, Malcolm Goodwin, Robert Buckley and David Anders.
