J-K: BJP pays tributes to 1953-Praja Parishad agitationists

The agitation was launched in 1953 with the slogan of one constitution (Ek Vidhan), one flag (Ek Nishan), one chief (Ek Pradhan) in Jammu and Kashmir for full integration of the state with rest of the country, BJP state chief Jugal Kishore Sharma said at a function here.

The state government should declare the occasion as martyrs day in memory of the 1953 agitationists, he said.
