Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das today said the state government is working to increase the income of farmers by connecting them with horticulture, animal husbandry, dairy work and other creative works.
Women and youth are being imparted skill training to connect them with employment, an official release quoting him, said.
Das told the Union Rural Development Secretary Amarjit Sinha during the latter's courtesy call that the government is working fast under 'Mission Antyodaya'.

Recalling that his first posting was in West Singhbhum, Sinha said work in the state is visible on the ground, the release said.
Jharkhand has also done better in MGNREGA works, he said.
