Jawan injured in mine blast along LoC in Rajouri

An army jawan was injured in a land mine blast along the Line of Control in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir, officials said here.

Sepoy Kuldeep stepped on the mine along the LoC during patrolling in Romilidhara belt of Jangarh sub-sector in Rajouri last evening, triggering blast, a Defence spokesman said today.

In the blast, the jawan was injured and admitted to a hospital, he said adding that his condition is out of danger.
