Jet Airways today announced launch of new daily service from here to Dubai and Kozhikode-Sharjah sector from October 30.
The Indo-Gulf route was among the Jet Airways busiest and the airline had ramped up the number of flights on the sector to meet growing demand, Jet Airways Vice-President Commercial (India) Praveen Iyer told reporters here.
Jet Airways operate daily flights from Thiruvananthapuram to Muscat, Dammam and Doha and is the fifth Indian city to be connected with Dubai, he said.
"The Gulf region is becoming increasing popular amongst the Indian population, be it for business or tourism. Being the largest traffic carrier on the Indo-Gulf route offering unparalelled service and quality to guests, Jet Airways is a preferred brand in this highly competitive and growing market," he added.
