Three armed robbers today looted jewelry worth Rs 11 lakh from the shop of a local jeweller by holding him at gun-point at Mohall Khaliawas in Dharuhera area here.
The unknown assailants yesterday looted gold and silver jewelries from the shop of the jeweller identified as Subhash Soni, police said today.
The robbers first introduced themselves as customers and when the shopkeeper started showing jewelry to them, one of them took out his pistol and looted the ornaments at gun- point, they said.
The assailants locked up Soni in his shop after the crime and fled, police said.
A case has been registered in this regard and a hunt launched to trace the robbers, police added.
