JK govt launches border-tour bus service for Amarnath yatris

Jammu and Kashmir government today launched border-tour bus service for Amarnath Cave bound pilgrims to tour the border areas of Jammu region.

Minister of State for Tourism Priya Sethi flagged off the service from Yatri Niwas, Bhagwati Nagar here.

Tourism department in collaboration with JKSRTC will be operating these buses.

The ticket price for the tour has been fixed Rs 200 and Rs 100 respectively per person.

The tour will include travel to Ranbireshwar Temple, Raghunath Temple, Peer-Kho, Bawey Wali Mata, Amar Mahal Palace, Mubarak Mandi, Balidaan Stambh, Suchetgarh Border and its adjoining areas.

The minister was informed that steps have been taken to make the journey a comfortable one.
