Hemant D Kulkarni, senior journalist and group joint editor of the Marathi daily 'Lokmat', died at a private hospital here today. He was suffering from a heart ailment.
He was 66, family sources said.
Kulkarni had earlier worked with Loksatta and also been a correspondent of All India Radio here for some time.
He had undergone angioplasty last week.
Funeral would take place tomorrow morning.
Kulkarni is survived by wife and two daughters.
